OUR APPROACH & VALUES
The providers of CCFP chose to move away from the “traditional” medical practice model and developed a new approach to psychiatric care. As board-certified professionals, they diagnose mental health disorders, assess psychiatric medications, and evaluate the need for additional interventions. However, they go beyond these services by offering psychotherapy and advocating for supportive and integrative mental health interventions, such as social connection, nutrition, spiritual faith, and access to nature and exercise.
At Complete Care Family Psychiatry, the focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring ample time during visits to discuss concerns and treat each patient holistically. Utilizing the biopsychosocial developmental model, they consider all aspects of a patient’s mental health to develop tailored treatment plans that address concerns and promote wellness throughout each stage of life. This comprehensive approach is designed to fully understand the factors influencing mental health and provide the best path forward for each individual.
The providers at CCFP believe in early intervention and close collaboration with their patients and families for optimal results. Their unique approach is particularly effective when working with children, adults, and families, and they actively collaborate with therapists, pediatricians, school advisors, and social workers to ensure cohesive care. This commitment to collaboration is central to their practice, as they firmly believe that this detailed process leads to positive, lasting outcomes—an ethos that reflects the meaning behind the words “complete” and “family” in their practice name.
