Our Approach & Values
The doctors of CCFP decided to leave the “traditional” medical practice model, and they instead of the innovated a new way of providing psychiatric care. While they are indeed board-certified physicians who can diagnose mental health disorders, assess the need or the progress of psychiatric medications, and evaluate for the need for additional interventions and services, however they do not limit themselves to just that. In fact, both Drs. Anello Tom and Gadiparthi provide psychotherapy, and additionally they advocate for other supportive and integrative mental health interventions. These include social connection, nutrition, spiritual faith, access to nature and exercise.
The doctors at CCFP create a practice that focuses on quality over quantity and on personalized service. They believe ample time is needed during visits to discuss concerns. The biopsychosocial developmental model is utilized to fully understand all of the forces playing a role in a child’s mental health, and the treatment plan is tailored to address mental health concerns and promote wellness throughout a child’s developmental journey.
Drs. Anello Tom and Gadiparthi are committed to early intervention and close, collaborative work with their patients and families. Their unique approach is crucial for optimal results when working with children and families. Collaborative care with other providers, such as therapists, pediatricians, school advisors, and social workers, is essential as well. The doctors at CCFP pride themselves in this pursuit, and they strongly believe this detailed process produces positive and sustained results. That is why they chose to have both the terms “complete” and “family” in the name of the practice.
